AY Car Sales Ltd operates as a trade seller. Please read the following terms carefully before reserving or collecting any vehicle.
Sold As Seen, No Return
All vehicles are trade sale vehicles and are sold as seen, with no return and no warranty in place. We strongly recommend you inspect any vehicle fully before committing to buy.
Bring Your Own Inspection
You are welcome to bring your own mechanic, or an AA / RAC inspector, to carry out an inspection of any vehicle before buying. Just let us know when you book your viewing so we can allow enough time.
Insurance & Tax
The customer must arrange their own insurance and road tax (VED) before driving any vehicle away from our site. A vehicle cannot be driven off the forecourt without valid cover in place.
Viewing by Appointment
All viewings are by appointment only. We are open 7 days a week with viewing available from 8am till 10pm. Call ahead to book a slot so the vehicle is ready for you.
Deposits
A £100 deposit secures any vehicle. Deposits are fully refundable up until the point of sale. The balance is due on collection.
Part Exchange
We welcome part exchanges and deal with main dealer part-exchange vehicles. Valuations are agreed on inspection of the vehicle and are subject to condition and mileage.
